Cesium RMA Policy and Guidelines
1. You can request a Replacement, and, or a credit for any defective product purchased from Cesium. You should provide a brief description for the faulty product and reason for return

2. Product should be purchased within 12 months period inclusive.

3. A system generated RMA will be communicated to the customer with pending approval status.

4. Within 72 hours requested date, Cesium will review and approve acceptable RMA (note: Cesium reserve the right to refuse any RMA upon its sole discretion).

5. Once approved RMA status will change from pending approval to pending receipt and you will receive a notification.

6. Products cannot be returned without an approved RMA #.

7. Requested for return quantities on RMA should be respected, customers cannot send more products than what was approved. NO credit or replacements will be issued for such products.

8. Units returned should match RMA (brand, SKU number, etc…). No substitute.

9. Wear and tear product is not considered defective therefore such items will not be replaced or credited.

10. Upon receiving the actual products, Cesium will inspect and adjust the RMA (if required).

11. Replacement warranty will ship with next order.

12. Credit will be applied on the lowest purchase price.

13. Note: One-year product defect warranty is applicable on original purchased product, not the replacement.
