Cesium RMA Policy and Guidelines
- Only products with defects or other quality issues may be returned for identical items. All RMA requests are reviewed by your Account Manager for approval.

- Cesium reserves the right to dispose of, by any manner, any product incorrectly sent back without the proper RMA documentation and Account Manager approval. Please be sure to only send back what is authorized in order to save on time and money.

- RMA’s will be reviewed within 1 business day and you will be contacted if there are any issues.

- If there are no issues with the RMA after 1 business day, print the confirmation page and place it with the items in the box to be returned.

- Clearly mark on the box the RMA number and include only items that were entered into the RMA request (other items will be disposed of by Cesium).

- RMA shipments of defective products to Cesium are paid by the customer and Cesium will cover shipping of replacement product back to the customer.

- You will typically receive confirmation of replacement product within 2 to 4 business days (subject to in-stock availability).
